Former Assistant Minister for the Tourism Police Sector (Egypt) and Security Advisor to the Arab Tourism Organization.

With extensive experience in tourism security, tourism development, and public policy, Major General Abdel Halim has played a significant role in supporting initiatives that enhance sustainable tourism and foster the development of local communities.
