F&B brands have poor data on their customers, which usually leads to bad marketing strategies and therefore more money spent on untargeted customers, without a guarantee of customer satisfaction, and generally bad decisions not based on a data-driven approach. And here I came, Dgifts (my startup) is a gamified customer engagement platform for F&B brands that aim to increase their sales through a digital loyalty program and a real-time customer satisfaction system that will result directly in making data-driven decisions.
